Treehouses That Touch the Sky

Cypress Valley's signature treehouses are more than just elevated cabins—they're immersive experiences. Each of the five unique accommodations is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering guests a chance to unplug and reconnect.

The "Lofthaven" treehouse, for instance, is a yurt-style abode suspended high above a creek, accessible via a 65-foot bridge. Guests rave about its romantic ambiance and the soothing sounds of nature that lull them to sleep. One traveler shared, "We stayed in Lofthaven... It was very peaceful. It is not luxury at all but for a treehouse it was."

For families or groups, "The Nest" offers a multi-room experience perched amidst ancient cypress trees. Its interconnected platforms and cozy nooks make it a favorite for those seeking both adventure and comfort.

A Commitment to Nature and Sustainability

Beyond providing unique accommodations, Cypress Valley is deeply rooted in environmental stewardship. The property is a testament to sustainable living, with efforts to preserve and rejuvenate the natural habitat. After a devastating wildfire in 2011, the owners chose to let nature heal, allowing baby cypress trees to grow and eventually replace the ones lost. This decision led to the closure of their zipline canopy tours, shifting the focus entirely to their award-winning treehouses and event spaces.

Guests appreciate this dedication. One reviewer noted, "The showers had plenty of hot water, and the swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Thank you Beau for your hospitality."

Celebrations Among the Trees

Cypress Valley isn't just a place to stay—it's a venue for life's most memorable moments. From intimate weddings to milestone anniversaries, the property offers a backdrop that's both enchanting and unforgettable.

couple shared their anniversary experience: "I surprised my husband with a midweek anniversary getaway... We stayed in Lofthaven... It was very peaceful." The combination of natural beauty and thoughtful amenities makes it an ideal setting for celebrations of all kinds.

Guest Experiences That Speak Volumes

The true essence of Cypress Valley is best captured through the words of its guests:

"If I am going to be out in the woods, I am definitely someone who needs more than a sleeping bag for comfort. We stayed in the Firefly glamping tent, and it was everything advertised and more."

"Beautiful surroundings. Spring flowers and blooming cactus galore. Up close view of bison herd and a bison calf! The treehouse was just as pictured, very clean, decor was great."

"We stayed in The Nest, a complex of small treehouse buildings situated up high in cypress trees... It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the nice weather at the end of summer."

These testimonials highlight the consistent quality and unique charm that Cypress Valley offers to every visitor.

This venue was the perfect hidden gem just outside of Austin for our intimate evening wedding. The outdoor space was beautiful for our ceremony and reception with the Ranch House to get ready and welcome family. It was a perfect wedding day with Kimberly's help coordinating with vendors and helping guests so we could fully enjoy it all. She made planning a breeze and understood what we wanted for our special day. The Lofthaven cabin was the perfect newlywed suite and the views were incredible. Highly recommend for a micro-wedding!This venue was the perfect hidden gem just outside of Austin for our intimate evening wedding. The outdoor space was...

Cypress Valley Event Center was the first, and only, venue that my husband and I toured for our wedding. The beauty of this venue was only multiplied by the various different spaces that are available to you, offering incredible variety in where you can hold the events of your wedding. For ours, we held the rehearsal dinner in the ranch house (which easily fit our 40+ guests and the caterers), our ceremony in the elevated platform between the trees (a unique and unforgettable setting to be wed), and the dinner and dancing in the covered area on the grounds (which, due to weather, protected us easily from rain alongside the many umbrellas provided by the venue). The various tree houses and lodgings on-site allowed us to keep our friends and family close to us for the entirety of our stay. We were blessed to be able to spend so much time with those that travelled especially far for our wedding, an opportunity that very few venues can provide. All of this taken into account, the most wonderful part of our experience with Cypress Valley was the people. Kimberly, who was responsive and attentive throughout our year of planning, provided tours, joined us for event planning on site, and was genuinely excited for us at every step of the way. The on-site groundpersons were quick to support us when logistical or vehicular trouble came up. At every opportunity, the Cypress Valley professionals did everything they could to ensure that our day was as special as it could be. I cannot say how grateful we are to have worked with such amazing people at such an amazing venue, and I cannot recommend Cypress Valley Event Center enough.Cypress Valley Event Center was the first, and only, venue that my husband and I toured for our wedding. An incredible space for a wedding or any other large get together. The staff were prompt and accommodating and all of the tree houses, glamping tents, and the event space were spectacular and well kept. The ranch house is a stunning place to host up to a 40 person get together and the property is enchanting. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! An incredible space for a wedding or any other large get together. The staff were prompt and accommodating and all...

Had an amazing experience in The Nest Treehouse, celebrating Christmas with my family. Sipped on hot beverages in the morning, enjoying the view. Relaxed in the hammock & drove out to see the bison, we even watched them feed in the early morning from the highest point of the tree house & we saw deer. The staff were awesome, had firewood & other items ready for us to do a fire for s’mores. This was by far our best “Annual Christmas Adventure.” The last 2 photos are from Hamilton Pool Preserve where we hiked.Had an amazing experience in The Nest Treehouse, celebrating Christmas with my family.
